Responsibilities :

  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading baggage at the terminal.
  • Ensure proper tagging, handling, and delivery of baggage in coordination with Operations and ramp team.
  • Support security screening procedures (X-ray) as required.
  • Handle special items such as pets or fragile cargo according to company procedures.
  • Provide transport services for Airport Authorities, Flight Crew, and company staff as required.
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, fuel level, and readiness before each operation and report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Coordinate closely with Ground Service Representatives (GSR) and Operations Officers to ensure smooth passenger movement.
  • Greeting passengers courteously and assist with luggage as needed and maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times to uphold the company image.
  • Assist with setup of lounge amenities (e.g., beverages, light refreshments) when required.
  • Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures as per company policy.

Qualifications :

  • At least High school education
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience would be preferred
  • Good knowledge English speaking ability
  • Physically able to lift heavy items and perform physical work.
  • Driver License (Experienced in driving passenger vans)
