Responsibilities:

Management of the day-to-day flight schedule ensuring operations department is correctly resourced and all required aircraft handling, passenger and crew services are available. Hangar and Ramp space is sufficient to accommodate type aircraft including suitable slot spacing to avoid arrival and departure conflicts. Ensure that all supporting departments such as Ramp and Guests Services are resourced and briefed to manage the flight schedule requirements such as aircraft types, passenger numbers and any other special service requested by operator or trip support agents as appropriate

Support the filing of ATC plans and make route error corrections as necessary after consideration of NOTAM airways, keep abreast of Airport or route specific NOTAMS that may effect the operation. Administer crew briefing material as necessary to assist with visiting crews and be available to problem solve any technical operational issues. Keep weather watch and activate adverse weather procedures if required as per GOM policies

Create operational and terminal procedures / SOPS as required to ensure efficient, safe and secure handling activities in accordance with ICAO, CAAT and AOT requirements. Periodically review PJT SOPs and manuals and ensure revisions and/or corrections are made as required and that policies are kept up to date with day to meet and exceed day to day compliance and requirements

Liaise with flight crew or Supervisory agents as required to promote PJT services and to upsell these services when opportunities arise. Ensure accurate and timely communications of all PJT service requests and ensure timely coordination of these services notifications from Operations which are related to aircraft, passenger and crew handling are broadcasted to all supporting departments such as Ramp, Engineering, Guest Services and all necessary third parties such as but not limited to PTT, Catering, CIQ and Transportation agencies
Engage immediately to problem solve any issues raised that may effect the operational and PJT business continuity. Act as the Emergency response leader during a crisis situation and coordinate information sharing and keep senior management updated to overcome non-scheduled emergency challenges. Ensure Operational staff understand their roles during a crisis and practice ER Planning
Qualifications:
- Bachler degree confident English speaker with the ability to read and write reports, Hold Thai dispatch license Preferred
- Min 5 years previous airline station or flight operations experience. Min 5 years Leadership of Teams experience. Min 3 years Customer experience preferred.
